Charles Fredrick Gandy "Bubba" passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at the age of 67. Father of Chuck Gandy (Chantel, wife), Josh Gandy (Trish) and Lynie Gandy (Mark). Son of the late Mary Elouise Seaborn Gandy and Kenneth Orville Gandy "Buddy" of Panama City, Florida. Brother of Cathy Gandy Redmond and the late Mike Gandy and Mark Gandy. Also survived by Debbie Gandy (stepmom), Kenyon Gandy (uncle), JoEllen Gandy (aunt), grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Bubba's favorite things to do included watching old western movies, fishing, campfires and being outside in nature.
A private family and friends gathering is planned for the near future.
