Hazel Marie Sexton-Hope

Hazel Marie Sexton-Hope, 59, passed away on May 14, 2026. Hazel was an extraordinary woman whose remarkable spirit touched everyone around her. She possessed a unique talent for turning her ideas into reality, whether through her beautiful art or her delicious cooking. Above all, her greatest joy came from her children and grandchild.

Hazel is survived by her beloved sons, Travis Hope and Robert Hope; her daughter, Alexandria Adams; son-in-law, Austin Adams; daughter, Brittany Whatley; son-in-law, George Whatley III; and her cherished grandchild, Sophia Whatley.

Known for her candidness, Hazel never hesitated to speak her mind, and her honesty endeared her to many. She will always be remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her.

In her honor, we will be holding a memorial party on Saturday, June 6, and a Halloween party in the fall. Details will be shared as the dates approach.
