Terry Wakley Modlin Jr.

Terry Wakley Modlin, Jr. passed away peacefully on July 28, 2026. He was born September 27, 1975, in Clearwater, Florida. He was a true Florida boy who loved to fish, work outdoors doing various landscaping jobs, listen to Christian rap music, and watch NFL football, especially his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jackie and Jim Bispo; daughter, Gabriella Modlin; son, Tyler Modlin; stepdaughter, Raven Ringley Acosta; brothers, Christopher and Patrick Modlin; sister, Barbara Modlin; stepsister, Jennifer; his favorite aunt, Lucille Modlin; and best friend, Chris.

Terry is now reunited with many deceased loved ones, including his wife, Heather Ringley-Modlin; father, Terry Modlin; grandparents, Florence and Billie Lee; his favorite uncle, Timmy; and, most importantly, his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

His family and close friends already miss talking to him and will cherish the memories they shared with him.
